Careers

Work where AI meets
the real operation.

ResoluteX is a founder-led, forward-deployed AI and software company. Our people work close to customer teams, use agents as force multipliers, and remain accountable until the system is live, useful, and operable by the people who own it.

Money, in the first call

Not after four interviews. We put the range on the table before you spend real time on us, so nobody finds out in week four that the numbers were never going to meet.

Remote and async by default

India, USA, EU, Singapore — the team already spans them. Write well, overlap a few hours, own your schedule.

Your work ships with your name

Public product work is visible where its repository licence permits it; customer work follows the customer's confidentiality and IP terms.

We reply. To everyone.

Including no. An application that vanishes into an ATS for six weeks is the industry norm and it's indefensible, so we don't do it.

Forward deployed by design

Close to the customer. Accountable for what lands.

The customer promise and the employee experience are the same: no handoff chains, no activity theatre, and no hiding behind a deck. You get context, authority, and responsibility for the outcome.

Customer context first

The most valuable engineering problems are found inside the operation, not inside a requirements document.

Build trust outside the sprint

01

Observe the real operation

Sit with the people doing the work, map the systems and exceptions, and find the outcome worth changing before proposing AI.

02

Build inside the boundary

Connect real data and systems in the customer's environment. Our agents accelerate the work; an engineer remains accountable for every decision.

03

Verify it in production

Measure usefulness, reliability, cost, and adoption against a business number—not against how impressive the demo looked.

04

Leave capability behind

Code, runbooks, evaluation evidence, and operating knowledge stay with the customer. Good deployment makes the customer stronger without us.

How we hire

Evidence over interview performance.

Forward-deployed work needs technical range, customer judgment, clear writing, and comfort with ambiguity. The process is designed to reveal those things without wasting your time.

Step 01

Apply with evidence

A résumé helps. A shipped system, useful writing, or a difficult outcome you owned tells us more.

Step 02

Talk about fit and money

The first conversation covers the role, working constraints, and compensation range before either side invests further.

Step 03

Work through a real problem

No trivia theatre. We discuss a representative customer situation and how you would reason, communicate, and ship.

Step 04

Receive a human decision

A person replies with the outcome. If the answer is no, it does not disappear behind an automated status page.

This may not be for you

If you want a narrow ticket queue, no customer contact, or AI work that ends at a prototype, this model will feel uncomfortable. If you like ranging across product, data, systems, and people—and being able to point to what changed—you will probably feel at home.

Founding Product Engineer

Hiring

Engineering · Products · Full-time · Remote · India / EU timezones

Own whole products end to end — Verity, Clearpath, and the next ones off the board. TypeScript, Postgres, Docker; you ship to production weekly under the licence and delivery model stated for each product.

  • 5+ years building production web software, comfortable across the stack
  • You've operated something in production — on-call doesn't scare you
  • Strong TypeScript; Playwright or testing-infrastructure experience is a big plus

Forward Deployed Engineer

Hiring

Engineering · QAShift · Full-time · Remote · India / US or EU overlap

Sit inside a customer's release process and make Verity work on their real codebase — not the demo. The engineer behind managed QAShift, and the reason it costs $499/mo instead of $8,000.

  • 4+ years in test automation or product engineering — you can read an unfamiliar codebase fast
  • You're comfortable in someone else's repo, CI, and Slack without breaking things
  • You'd rather fix the flaky test than file a ticket about it

QA Automation Engineer

Hiring

Engineering · QAShift · Full-time · Remote · India / SEA timezones

Run managed QA for QAShift clients: build Playwright suites on Verity, verify what automation flags, and file reports developers act on the same day.

  • 3+ years in test automation — Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium at scale
  • You can read a diff and predict where it breaks
  • Clear written English; your bug reports are famous for being reproducible

AI Systems Engineer

Hiring

Engineering · AI Systems · Full-time · Remote · Global

Build production AI systems: routing, grounded answers, tool controls, and the evaluations that keep them honest. LLM plumbing, not prompt vibes.

  • You've shipped LLM features to production and measured them with evals
  • Comfortable with model APIs, streaming, embeddings, and retrieval
  • Opinionated about agent guardrails — and can defend the opinions with data

Platform Engineer

Hiring

Engineering · Infrastructure · Full-time · Remote · India / EU timezones

Our products and customer deployments need reliable infrastructure, safe upgrades, and tested recovery. You own the automation that makes that true.

  • 4+ years in platform, infra, or DevOps — Docker and IaC are daily tools
  • You've packaged software for other people to run, not just deployed your own
  • Postgres operations: backups, migrations, and the restore you've actually tested

Security Engineer

Hiring

Engineering · Product Security · Full-time · Remote · India / EU timezones

We build identity, consent, audit, and signing workflows for teams whose regulators check. You keep them honest through threat modelling, protocol review, and useful compliance evidence.

  • 5+ years in application or product security, ideally on auth or crypto surfaces
  • Fluent in OIDC, SAML, and where implementations usually go wrong
  • You can read GDPR or DPDP and turn it into a schema, not a slide

Technical Writer

Hiring

Engineering · Products · Contract → Full-time · Remote · Global

Owned software is only owned if someone can run it without us. You write the runbooks, install guides, and handover docs that make a client's team independent — the deliverable that makes us optional on purpose.

  • You've written developer documentation that people actually followed
  • Comfortable reading TypeScript well enough to catch when the docs lie
  • You've run the install yourself before describing it

Solutions Engineer

Hiring

Delivery · Delivery · Full-time · Remote · India / US overlap

Scope sprints, shape Industry OS deployments, and sit with clients while their team takes the keys. No quota, no commission, no pipeline theatre — the job is being right about what we can deliver.

  • You've done pre-sales or delivery in a technical product and can read a codebase
  • You can tell a client the honest 'no' and keep the relationship
  • Comfortable writing the scope doc and standing behind the number in it

Founding Sales Lead

Hiring

Sales · Go-to-market · Full-time · Remote · India / US or EU overlap

Sales here means answering the people who already found us and telling them the truth — including when the answer is 'don't buy this'. Salaried, no commission, no quota, no cold outreach. The prices are public; your job is fit, not persuasion.

  • You've sold technical products and can hold your own with a CTO
  • You're comfortable being paid a salary instead of a commission — and see why that matters here
  • You'd rather lose a deal than win one that churns in four months

Developer Marketing Lead

Hiring

Marketing · Go-to-market · Full-time · Remote · India / EU timezones

Own how technical people find out we exist. Write things engineers actually finish reading, run the open-source presence, and never once use the word 'solutions'.

  • You've marketed to developers and know how fast they smell a press release
  • You can write a technical post yourself — briefing an agency isn't the job
  • You can read enough code to be dangerous, and you're honest when you can't

Content Designer

Hiring

Marketing · Web & Product · Contract → Full-time · Remote · Global

The voice of this site and every product in it. You'll write the microcopy, the error states, and the sentences that decide whether someone believes us — including the ones that admit what we can't do.

  • You've owned product copy, not just campaigns — empty states and errors included
  • You can cut a paragraph to a sentence without losing the argument
  • You'll argue for the honest word over the flattering one

Design Engineer

Hiring

Design · Web & Product · Contract → Full-time · Remote · Global

Own the visual craft of three live products, managed delivery, and this site. You design in Figma but think in React, motion, and accessibility budgets.

  • Portfolio of shipped interfaces with real polish — motion included
  • Strong React + CSS; you know what WCAG AA means and design within it
  • You can take a schematic brand system and extend it without breaking it

Nothing that fits? If you've built something you're proud of that we should have hired you for, send it anyway — careers@resolutexhq.com.
