We collect almost nothing.

What we collect

Contact and sprint-scoping forms: your name, work email, company, and whatever you write in the message. That's it — no hidden enrichment, no buying data about you.

AI Architect: the questions you type are sent to a model provider to generate the answer, and stored so an engineer can follow up if you asked for that.

Site analytics: when you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity records page usage, referrers, clicks, scrolls, and anonymised interaction replays so we can find broken or confusing experiences. Clarity does not load when you decline analytics, and we do not use advertising trackers.

Preferences: your theme choice is stored in your own browser's localStorage and never leaves it.

Why we collect it

To reply to you with a sprint plan, an answer, or a scan result — the thing you asked for. Nothing you submit is used for advertising, and we don't send marketing sequences. One human reply, then a conversation if you want one.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our database and sent to our team through configured operational channels, including Resend email notifications. AI Architect questions pass through the model provider used to answer them (we don't permit them to train on your inputs). Analytics data is processed by Microsoft Clarity only after consent.

What we never do

Sell or share your data with third parties for their own use. Add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. Gate content behind data collection. Keep data longer than a real business reason exists.

Your rights

Email engineering@resolutexhq.com and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — within 30 days, usually much faster. This applies to everyone, not just jurisdictions that force us.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date below changes with it and the diff is honest. Last updated: July 2026.
