The website

resolutexhq.com is provided as-is for information and for starting an engagement. Prices shown are real and current; the binding number for any engagement is the one in your signed sprint plan or order form.

Engagements and deliverables

Work is defined by a written scope with a fixed price agreed before work starts. Scope changes are re-scoped and re-priced explicitly — never absorbed into a drifting invoice, never billed by surprise.

Unless your order form says otherwise: deliverables land in your repositories, work-product IP is assigned to you on payment, and open-source components remain under their MIT/Apache licenses so you can leave us cheaply. Pre-existing ResoluteX products remain licensed under their stated product licenses.

Payment

Fixed prices are invoiced per the sprint plan (typically a portion at kickoff and the balance at handover). Product subscriptions are flat, monthly, and cancellable any month — the self-hosted software keeps working after cancellation because you own the deployment.

Warranties and liability

We warrant that delivered work will materially match its written scope, and we fix scope misses at our own cost. Beyond that, the site and software are provided without implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site or the AI Architect to attack, scrape at abusive volume, or attempt to access other people's data. That's the whole list.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata having jurisdiction, unless your signed order form specifies otherwise. Last updated: July 2026.
